TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WWW.AVLEGAL.BG WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT

These Terms of Use of the site avlegal.bg and the services provided through it govern the relationship between Georgiev and Nikolcheva Law Firm, and visitors and users of the Site.

2. Registration

No registration is required to use the site. In order to provide the service chosen by the User, which is presented on the website, it is necessary that the user has acquainted himself with these General Terms and Conditions and has contacted the Law Firm "Georgiev & Nikolcheva"

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1. Users may request services through the inquiry form provided on the Site as well as the email addresses and telephone numbers indicated in the Contact section.

3.2. A proposal to conclude a contract by a User can be made through the contact form as well as when requesting a service by email or phone.

3.3. Upon receipt of the request, Georgiev & Nikolcheva Law Firm will review it and within a reasonable time inform the User of the terms of its execution.

3.4. Upon explicit confirmation by the User of the conditions provided by the Law Firm Georgiev and Nikolcheva, including the price and term of the service, the company prepares an individual contract for legal protection and assistance, which is signed by the parties.

3.5. The use of the contact form, the sending of a request to the e-mail addresses addressed or the oral inquiry made by calling the specified telephone numbers does not in any way bind the User, on the one hand, or Georgiev & Nikolcheva Law Firm, on the other. Taking on a legal issue is only subject to the conclusion of an individual legal protection and assistance contract signed by the parties.

4. Right of Refusal

4.1. Georgiev & Nikolcheva Law Firm has the right to refuse an application made by the User and not to conclude an individual contract for legal protection and assistance.

4.2. The user loses his right to refuse when the service he has requested has been fully provided or its execution has begun.

5. Prices and Payment Method

5.1. The consumer is obliged to pay the agreed fee within the period provided by the contract for legal protection and assistance.

5.2. The prices of the services provided through the Site are determined by the Law Firm "Georgiev and Nikolcheva" according to the type, volume, complexity and other circumstances in connection with the provision of the requested service, and may not be lower than those specified in Ordinance No. 1 of July 9 2004 on the minimum attorneys' fees.

5.3. The agreed price can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

6. Discharge

6.1. All information on this site was prepared by Georgiev & Nikolcheva Law Firm. 11.1. For issues not settled in these General Terms and Conditions the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation shall apply.

11.2. All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions and the individual contracts concluded will be resolved through the parties between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the competent Bulgarian court.

11.3. In case of discrepancy between the Bulgarian version of the website and the version in another language, the Bulgarian version shall be taken into account.

The Website is not designed for the purpose of advertising within the meaning of the Bar Act and the Code of Ethics of the Bar.

These General Terms and Conditions have been in force since 03.03.2020. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these conditions with effect in the future, including in the event of incompleteness or inconsistency with statutory provisions.
